Add your available property(s)
Enter your property details, address, type, size, a description and up to 8 photos. If you need any help our dedicated landlord liaison officers are on hand to guide you.
Create and view your matches
After we have checked and verified your details (we aim to do this within one working day) you can login and view the profiles of suitable tenants who are ready to move.
All prospective Tenants will have completed our tenancy training course.
See someone you would like to invite to a viewing? Just click on the Match button.
Prospective tenants may have already requested a match with you and you can view their details simply and easily.
Arrange a viewing
Once a match is confirmed you will receive the contact details for your potential tenant(s).
Get in touch and arrange a suitable time to view!
Agree your renttl
Arrange a move in date and exchange tenancy documents with your new tenant.
